All site fees are quarterly payments are required as scheduled October 15, January 15, and remainder due May 15. As of May 15, 5% per month will be calculated interest on all overdue accounts that are outstanding after May 15.

The park area MUST BE MODERATELY QUIET AFTER 11 P.M. e.g. voices, radios, live entertainment. Respect your neighbors!

All visitors must report to the office on arrival to register.  Visitor are only permitted for seasonal campers.  Visitor fees will be $5 for 24 Hr period. Additional 10$ per 24Hrs for parking in designated overflow parking (larger sites will be permitted additional parking).

Pets must be KEPT ON A LEASH ON & OFF THE SITE. You are expected to scoop.  Pets are not allowed on beaches and can be taken to the north end of the park for swimming.  Pets must be kept quiet and may not be left unattended.

Children 12 and under must be on site by 10 p.m unless out with an adult. Children older have until 11 p.m. YOUR CHILDREN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.   DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED AT THE BEACH and there is to be NO SWIMMING AFTER DUSK. 

May consist of 1 trailer (15 years of age or newer), 1 deck or manufactured Add-a room, 1 registered vehicle, and 1 metal or plastic shed. All construction subject to management approval.  Sites must be kept neat and tidy.

Seasonal Campers are permitted two registered cars per lot.  Transient Campers are permitted one car per lot.  All others must be kept in designated parking areas and will be charged visitor parking fees.  Vehicles must be operated by licensed drivers only.

Fires must be built in a contained pit. Campers must extinguish campfires before retiring or leaving the site unattended.

No littering, defacing trees, buildings or other camp property. No nails in trees. Trees may not be cut down or damaged in any way or anywhere in the park no matter what size or condition.. .SEE US FIRST. Please remove clotheslines in fall.

Well water should not be used for washing cars or trailers, or for lawn watering. Please use lake water. Please don’t use soaps or shampoos in the lake.

Fireworks will only be allowed at DESIGNATED TIMES & BY DESIGNATED PEOPLE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLOSIVES OR FIREARMS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY!

Please do not carry glass containers throughout the park, in dock or beach areas.

All motorized boats must be stored in designated area. No boats may be stored on sites.

All trailers being sold MUST be pre approved by the owners before posting for sale.  Mid Season Sale will be subject to renewed contract and full payment for that camping season.  No unit over 15 years of age may be sold in the park and must be removed from the park.  Site fees must be paid in full prior to listing. Site locations are non transferable.

Muskoka Glens Trailer Park is not responsible for insurance to your trailer or personal possessions. All trailer owners must have valid insurance.  Boating, swimming, fallen trees on trailers, etc are at OWN RISK.   This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
